One of the biggest problem areas we see in training runners and endurance athletes to hockey players to dancers is they are doing the same training program month after month and they wonder why they are not improving. Include recovery days, download weeks, higher or lower intensity training, and maybe even use alternative forms of training. Your body will love you and it will be forced to adapt more often.
