Some the laws are good, but the majority of them are for bodybuilders, not young athletes. Mom and Dad will do a quick search on the Internet and find a page like this and say that is it, my athlete needs to be working out at this level. If they do not hurt themselves in the process, your son or daughter will end up looking like, well, a bodybuilder. Secondly, they might perform at higher level but more than likely they will not survive the workouts.
