Vitamin D and The Sun

landscape-503925__180Over the last couple years, the importance of vitamin D has been made very clear.  We have athletes who have had blood work completed and found that they are very deficient in vitamin D.  We must increase our intake of this essential vitamin to maintain elite performance and boost our immune system.
